I thought it was best to change our profile picture due to the fact that Jello is a trade mark name and we might get into trouble using it.  Beach here we come.

Jodi has had some traggic in her family and can not weigh in on Saturday so we will be missing a week of weigh in.  I hate that she is going through a tough time but I do not mind missing a weigh in (as you all know my weigh ins have been bad).

 

My Grandma Liz is not doing very well and is only expected to live a few more days.  I am saddened  by this because my family is in Michigan and I am in Florida and I can not be with them.  It is tough during these tough times not to want to eat and drink everything in sight but we need to focus on what is right and stay strong.
